Tucked just across a shallow river from Playa La Saladita, this property offers a peaceful and private setting while still being just minutes from the vibrant beach scene. The small river creates a natural separation from the main beach area, giving the home a secluded, laid-back atmosphere surrounded by nature.

The river depth can vary depending on the season, but during most of the year it can be crossed on foot. During our stay, the water reached about thigh height and was easy to walk through. For those who prefer not to cross on foot, there is also a new concrete bridge a short drive away that provides easy vehicle access to town.

Two casual restaurants are located right next to the property—perfect for breakfast or lunch—though they typically close around 6pm. For dinner and a wider selection of restaurants and beach bars, Playa La Saladita is just a quick 5-minute drive away.

While the beach area is technically within walking distance, most guests find it much more convenient to have a vehicle during their stay. An SUV is recommended to comfortably access the property and explore the surrounding area.

This location offers the best of both worlds: a quiet retreat near the beach with easy access to the surf, restaurants, and the relaxed charm of Playa La Saladita.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
